    Very good combination of carbohydrates and electrolytes. 120kcal of carbohydrates and 200mg of Na+ per sachet or 32g per dose. This particular flavor (citrus) is undrinkable. It's like drinking a laxative before a colonoscopy, at least in the 500ml it says it should be dissolved in. In contrast to the company's tablets, which have by far the best taste, in the powder it's as if they deliberately made it so disgusting.
