Very good watch for its price, beautiful and in my opinion, as classic as the Seiko SKX. For me, it's even better as it hides its size and has much better timekeeping. I bought the blue one for €182, which is rare in many countries and its price has significantly increased here within a year. Get it without hesitation

The watch is 41.5mm. I have another one next to it that is 43mm. You can see the difference. And the strap goes from 20 to 18.

What can someone say about this watch!!! Truly the best and its quality is unbelievable. I have had it for 3 years now and I have never taken it off my hand. I have worn it everywhere, in the sea (while spearfishing), in hot springs, when I take a bath at home, literally everywhere. It is tough and worth every last euro. Some minor scratches due to time and the hardships I have put it through are completely normal. The only negative thing, although all automatic watches have it, is that every month it usually goes 3 to 4 minutes ahead. If it ever breaks, I would buy it again with my eyes closed.
Sturdy construction that exudes safety. Nice the embossed crown on the left. It doesn't bother at all and you don't fear that any damage will occur. The rubber strap is comfortable but with another one you can make it more casual. The size is just right for small wrists. Impressed by the accuracy of the mechanism so far this first week of use. Much better than Orient Bambino with similar mechanism characteristics.

Those who are interested in mechanical watches, whether they already have it in their collection or want to acquire it. This model has been available since 1997 and has become known for its great durability and certified waterproofing at great depths (it has been tested at depths greater than those indicated by the Italian army). Proof of its quality is those who wear it continuously for over 20 years. The bezel turns easily and accurately, and the crown is cleverly positioned at 8:00. The movement it now has is the Miyota 8204 and it has a hack feature that the previous one (8203) did not have. So far, its timekeeping after approximately 20 days of continuous operation is more than satisfactory (+2sec/day). The lume, as seen in the photo, is quite intense and long-lasting. The blue version makes it even more beautiful, especially in daylight. This watch is considered the rival of the Seiko SKX007, with which it has several similarities, but according to many, it surpasses it in terms of better timekeeping and the ability to hack, as mentioned above. You should know that if you bring the rotor close to your ear, it sounds somewhat loud when it spins, but don't be alarmed, it's normal. The blue strap is of excellent quality and matches perfectly with any style of dress, but if you want to make it look even more elegant, you can replace it with a compatible bracelet.
Update: After approximately 6 months of continuous use, the watch remains excellent, with timekeeping fluctuating at around +3s/d. Also, for strap enthusiasts, the watch looks great with NATO-style straps, as you can see in the photos, these two are my favorites.
It comes with the Miyota 8204 (instead of the 8203), which means it also has "hacking" seconds, meaning the seconds stop when you change the time. The 8203 did not have this feature. The strap no longer displays "No decompression limits". It has a very good lume, meaning the phosphorescence is now consistent with the watch (in the 8203, the phosphorescence was not consistent with the watch, the hands had a more intense phosphorescence than the rest). It's worth the money.
Purchased on 7/6/2021. Now it wears the miyota 8204 mechanism, which is also hacking! Excellent upgrade! Vfm diving watch with a beautiful dial. Despite the 42 mm diameter, it fits perfectly even on thin wrists.
I bought it for my collection, because of its history. In blue color because it has higher demand and I imagine it will hold greater value. I was also looking for a new watch for summer dives.
In my opinion, it is superior to the skx. It doesn't have Swiss quality, which is absolutely reasonable for its price, but it looks like a serious tool. I can't wait to dive with it this summer.

I have it in blue color and it looks very nice. As for the model's history, I won't say anything, it is well-known to those who are interested. You can also play around with NATO strap bracelets and it looks like you're wearing a different watch every time depending on the occasion.
I found it in a large chain store, which for obvious reasons I won't mention the name, at the outrageous price of 300 euros!!! This might be an indication that its price will increase in the future, but at the current price, it is a fair purchase. I recommend it.

I bought it today. 2 years warranty. Sturdy with the right size and comfortable. I had the equivalent SEIKO and I've been a SEIKO fan for many years, but the CITIZEN is truly better in several aspects. As for the blue color, it's really beautiful. I saw both the black and the blue in the light and immediately decided on blue.
The definition of Value for money. The blue color is incredible up close. The photos don't do it justice.
The glass, although I was afraid, doesn't have a single mark after many hits.
Mine was going about half a minute fast every day. Somehow, my little one banged it and it stopped, so at the official service with the repair/maintenance (about 40 euros), they probably adjusted it because I see it's much better in timekeeping.
If left untouched for a day and a half, it will need tuning.

Another amazing watch from Citizen. Quality and sturdy with very good timekeeping, although automatic at +/-2 seconds per day. Comfortable due to its size and the position of the crown on the left. Prefer the blue color, it looks very beautiful in daylight due to the shiny dial and not matte like the black one.
Good is the quality of it, I am not a diver so I don't have an opinion on its performance underwater. I am a collector and I have it. It is not expensive, it loses a few seconds per day. I haven't opened it to adjust it because I don't want to compromise its water resistance. Maybe a better option is a Citizen divers eco drive with the same design.
VFM watch. A diving automatic watch with impeccable timing. I have many Citizen watches and they are all diving watches. This particular one is beautiful. I chose it to be automatic because it never needs to be opened, so it won't lose its waterproofness. The best thing I have seen in terms of lume (phosphorescence) at night.
Sturdy construction, amazing blue sunburst color on the dial, it has nothing to do with the photos, with a nato strap it feels better in terms of weight, it is more comfortable and looks more beautiful on the wrist... Great value for money purchase!!

For 10 years, it was used by the Italian Special Forces, and they even tested it at a depth of 500 meters and it survived easily!
You wear it and never take it off, you don't feel anything... of course, it may lose 1-2 minutes per month as a mechanical-automatic.
Although the offered strap is nice, I prefer it with a bracelet or a Nato strap!
P.S. The crown at position 8, apart from its unique look, also saves you from wrist piercing during hand movements...
