The microphone broke in 1-2 years and also the roll for the sound has deteriorated a bit, the leather from the sponge has worn out. It's not worth the money
I have them for about a month. I know it's not a long period of time so if anything changes I will come back.
I will start with the negatives because they are easy:
-None at all
Positives:
-Sturdy sound
-Good bass
-Very good sound isolation
-Good sound distribution so that everything is heard in detail and from the right direction
-Good construction material
The best headphones I have ever bought, both in terms of sound quality and microphone quality, which is comparable to much more expensive headphones. Just don't make the mistake of using the Corsair iCUE program to configure them.
The surround sound has bugs and consistently produces incredibly poor audio. Take the step and get Dolby Atmos from the Microsoft store and use that instead of the Corsair program or even the Windows Sonic that comes with Windows. It's a shame to spend an extra 30 euros on the HS55 for surround sound and not use it.
I wouldn't want to deduct a star just for a software issue from Corsair that can be easily solved, since this review is for the headphones and, for me, they are 5/5. However, it is unacceptable for a company to sell a product at a premium price and include such a terrible program in the installation manual.
They have the best sound, I say this while being the owner of 14 different headphones.
The quality is excellent (in construction).
I believe their price is affordable even for budget individuals.
Simply, if you want them for gaming like me.
