  Upgrade from a 2009 LG to this one, 50" (and the difference in construction and image technology is chaotic, lol). Only for comparison, it is obvious that the image quality appears unreal both in movies and gaming. I don't understand some reviews about the sound, they are probably from people who have soundbars, because the sound is loud and good. The WebOS system could be a little faster. The quality is quite mediocre, it is true that the legs look, and are, cheap. Also, the TV moves whenever it wants, so be careful when cleaning. Otherwise, if it lasts 5-6 years, I will have no complaints. We have a home cinema :D

  Selected to serve daily use for free channels and a few selected movies in a moderate living room with a veranda. I have a tendency to read reviews before choosing to buy anything, and some observations I read created some doubt for me. However:
  The package was delivered with absolute punctuality by Skroutz, the unpacking was very easy (I would like to point out that the packaging of the product was EXCEPTIONAL). It weighs 8+ kilos, and the only problem is the size and not the weight, if you are small-bodied you may need help. I chose the 43'' model, and it fit perfectly in the available space (on a piece of furniture). If it is mounted on the wall, the device will protrude around (8 centimeters + thickness of the base), so keep that in mind in advance. For placement on furniture, I don't find it worth mentioning. The HDMI / USB ports are at the back, so to avoid inconvenience, you connect a small extension cable and you're set forever.
  Installation, activation, and setting up of the device were done. Although it is the first Smart TV in the house, it was relatively easy even without a corresponding manual. Internet connection was established, channels were found, etc. The device settings were easy for my standards. For someone taller, they may need help. The picture is excellent, the sound as well. I heard that the sound volume "was not enough", but I found it to be very good. The extra features for digital channels are very convenient, and with a little exploration in the settings, the device works like a charm. When watching a movie from a USB, the device automatically integrated the subtitles, I didn't even bother. Music files play quite well if needed. After the second activation, the software was automatically updated, very convenient. And there is also a related app for controlling the device from your mobile phone, which I will try at some point.

  General observations: the legs are packaged separately from their screws, and until I found them I got a little anxious. There is NO user manual / installation guide anywhere, so if you don't have any experience, you're out of luck. I found it later on the internet, to have it in case of emergency. The remote control is very complicated, and without a user manual, the company leaves us at the mercy of God if we haven't had an LG before. But you get used to it with time.

  In conclusion, for the amount I paid (€340 with home delivery), the device is fine, very honest, and its performance is worth its cost. Nice colors, vibrant picture, full sound. We are on the second day of use, any updates will be made as they arise. I only gave it 4 stars because of the remote control - which is very cumbersome - and the lack of a user manual / installation guide.
  I may have tired you with details, but the detail makes the difference.

  Value for money. For movies and gaming, it's great.
  It has dedicated buttons on the remote for Netflix and Disney+. Easy setup, very clear and powerful sound. It requires 2 people to take it out of the box and lay it on a bed to attach the legs and then move it. You will only need a screwdriver. I am very satisfied with the purchase despite having concerns coming from a Samsung TV. The picture is very pleasant to the eye with vibrant colors.

  I have it for almost 2 months. (50-inch)
  1.) The base is average, the TV wobbles a bit.
  2.) It claims to have sound search, but to do that you need to buy an extra special remote control, which was not mentioned anywhere.
  3.) There are no instructions inside, only warranty. I wanted to see how to do screen mirroring and I am still searching.
  4.) I bought a wireless set with a keyboard and a mouse which has one USB for both, while on the computer both work fine, on the TV only the mouse is recognized, which I find unacceptable.
  5.) LG support... is not the best. I made a request for contact a month ago and still no one has dealt with it.
  6.) Just for your information..., all the ports for cables, etc. are in the middle, so it makes it difficult to pull the TV "a little" to insert, for example, a USB, you have to pull it almost all the way, if it's not on a big piece of furniture, you have to hold it in the air.

  The positives.. it's a big TV with nice picture and sound. It connects easily with Bluetooth.

  I've only had it for a few hours, but the first impression is excellent. It has many features (including hybrid, despite the specifications saying the opposite) and a decent menu in Greek. The software has very good response time for HDTV and internet capabilities are integrated in a smart and functional way. The picture and sound are also very good, especially considering the factory settings.

  After a few days of use:

  Indeed, as others have mentioned, the remote control doesn't help with cursor control, but install LG ThinQ and you have the best remote control on your phone.

  My movement seemed somewhat strange, overly perfect. Disabling True Motion in cinema mode fixed the problem.

  I bought it for €380 in October 2022.
  It has a very smooth picture, even on basic Greek channels. Generally, from what I understand, it automatically upgrades the picture when the content is low resolution or has motion blur.
  I don't know about the WiFi signal because I have it connected with a cable.
  It has a lot of options for input and output sources for both image and sound, such as Bluetooth for audio output to headphones, if someone is sleeping in the room.
  I had a little trouble finding where everything was in the menu, but I'll probably get used to it over time.
  In terms of processor/operating system, since my initial concern was not to get a smart TV so as not to have the known delays in this type of TV, I was amazed with this one. Not only does it not lag, there is an immediate response and continuous flow with every button on the remote that you press, whenever you press it. It's a really great and pleasant surprise.
  Very easy to set up.
  It's worth the money, maybe even €100-€120 more.
