It's excellent! I really enjoy adding ¼ to ½ teaspoon to 500 grams of yogurt. It gives it a chewy, sticky texture, which I personally love. It just needs very good mixing and a little time, around 15-30 minutes, for the guar gum to hydrate well. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the Grocery Store and its products!
