Art curator and theorist Eva Lianou travels to Florence after the proposal of Art and Culture professor Federica Barone, to take on the exhibition of the private collection of her late husband.

There, Eva faces the difficult and cynical son of the deceased, who has no interest in dealing with art. Despite his cold demeanor, Alessandro de Luca is too mysterious and charming to ignore his presence.

Alessandro, who is only interested in his profitable investments, cannot understand why his father left the private collection of rare and valuable artworks to him in his will, instead of to a gallery in Tuscany. When he asks for the help of his stepmother, Federica Barone, to organize an exhibition in his father's memory, he is surprised when she brings a young curator from Greece to undertake such an ambitious project.

And yet, this woman has something inexplicable that captivates him and draws him beyond his limits. Love comes like Florentine rain, unexpectedly and passionately, until Alessandro and Eva realize that everything that unites them is what separates them.
