I bought this product in order to protect my headlights after they had become foggy. However, I was expecting something better. The membrane wouldn't straighten out on the headlight at all... I had to use the entire membrane in order to cover one headlight, but unfortunately, I couldn't manage to do it...
It should be noted that I had never attempted something like this in the past, so maybe that plays a role, although I don't think it should have been so difficult. Also, the shape of the headlight may have played a role and maybe that made it difficult for me. Furthermore, this membrane has a film, let's call it, that you peel off from the membrane. (In the first attempt, which took me almost an hour without achieving anything, I used this film instead of the membrane, because I assumed that since the film is thicker, it would be what I should use, and that it would protect the headlight from stones while driving).
The next day, I tried again to install it, this time using the regular membrane and not the film I mentioned earlier. At first, I thought I would succeed, but as I continued, it gathered in certain areas and I tried to stretch it and straighten it, but nothing. (It should be noted that the side that will touch the headlight is the one that comes into contact with the film)
In the end, what I have to say is that if someone wants to try it, they can go ahead, it's only 6 euros, it's not a big deal. Also, if someone is not sure if it will work for them, I would recommend getting a protective cream or spray, that's what I will do. Finally, for those who are interested, this membrane doesn't have any packaging, it just came wrapped.
