Having tried many other branded ones, I can say that for my baby, this is the only one that worked. I now buy it regularly. It comes off easily, and there has been no rash. If there is a little redness and I apply it, the next day it has disappeared.
The best cream, by far! Gentle on the baby's skin. We have never faced any problems since the day we started using it.
I have tried countless diaper creams and have come to the conclusion that this cream is the best. Especially now with the new and improved packaging. The cream spreads on the skin, leaving a transparent glossy protective film that holds up very well and prevents irritations. I highly recommend it, it's worth it.
I had bought another cream that was recommended to me by a pharmacy during my vacation, which didn't work at all for me. I was constantly wearing dresses (like every woman during the summer months) and I was getting chafed on my thighs due to the heat and friction. I returned from my vacation and searched online to find a cream for the chafing, and I found this specific cream by reading the reviews, which made me buy it.
So I bought it and I think I will buy it again, it does an incredible job. I apply it before and after the chafing and it really does the job. *The only negative thing is that it is not so easy to apply.* *I highly recommend it, especially for situations outside of a baby!*
By far the best choice for the baby, since I tried it I never bought another one again. It never irritates and its texture is very lightweight. Odorless, worth it with 1000.
For our family, the best diaper cream! It has helped us a lot compared to the thicker white stock type diaper creams! It leaves a protective film but rinses off easily and leaves no residue with baby wipes. It has no scent and protects as needed.
It contains petrolatum and paraffinum liquidum, which I found out are petroleum derivatives. I don't think it is a suitable cream for newborns, especially for girls.
I wish I had bought this cream earlier, it is the best by far. The child has never had a rash since we got it
The only problem is the tube because it cuts as you squeeze it, resulting in some moments where you can't easily remove the cream.

The best thing for my little girl. It was recommended to me by a pediatrician. The only thing is that it contains glycerin, which is great for moisturizing, and lanolin, which we use on our nipples while breastfeeding, so the newborn can safely eat it while breastfeeding. It is incredibly wonderful, THE BEST AND MOST MOISTURIZING (I have tried them all and that's why I have an opinion)
They gave us a sample from the maternity ward and I was satisfied so I bought it two more times, I won't say it's the best I've tried, the sample had convinced me enough but when I bought the big tube it wasn't as effective. It's good for diaper cream and very mild rashes, for severe rashes, look for something else.

This is a regular cream that is absorbed by the skin without leaving any residue. You can see the baby's skin moisturized as soon as you go to change the diaper. It's not a coincidence that it has been in pharmacies for so many years...
Update: Now that the baby sleeps for 8 hours straight at night, it doesn't hold him anymore. Therefore, after his bath, when he gets ready for bedtime, we apply a generous amount of the classic white cream that comes in the gray-red jar. And Bepanthol all day!
update 19/10/23 after the packaging change: the new packaging is great, it doesn't break, soft plastic and with an easy-to-open lid, no need for screwing and unscrewing.
Very good cream for protection against diaper rash in babies. The metallic tube is a huge negative. For such use on a baby, something more durable would be much better. These packaging easily break and puncture.
For tattoos, it's the best and most economical. It is quite greasy and requires attention not to apply a thick layer, just enough to make the skin shine. Afterwards, it leaves a greasy residue on the hands that doesn't come off easily even with hand washing. But at least it does its job correctly.
I have been using it for 3 years now... as a hand moisturizer, as an eye cream during the night, and for any burns or dry skin in various parts of the body.
The results are almost immediate, with a wonderful feeling and a subtle scent.

I acquired it for healing tattoos, and accidentally used it for my lips (which were cracked due to weather, etc.). By far the best there is and it was so unexpected! I have tried so many lip balms and none left as much hydration and softness as this cream.
It is very good. The only thing that bothers me is that many times the packaging gets damaged when the cream is in the middle and starts coming out from other points. If this is fixed, it will be perfect.

The best cream by far! The fact that it is more greasy helps prevent it from becoming paste-like and sticking to the baby's skin like all the others!

If I could, I would give it 10 stars..!!! The best by far cream for diaper rash that is also excellent for rashes. Gentle and not heavy at all. Additionally, as the pediatrician told us, it is the only one that can be applied in the crevices of the baby's genitals when needed of course...
