Very good machine, but I give two stars because when I opened it to clean it... without pressing anything etc. the blade got bent... and there is no replacement!!!!!! I had to take it for service to clean the hairs?????

The quality is very mediocre. Also, it hardly cuts at all and you have to go over it extremely slowly just to cut a few or short hairs; on hair with layers, it will never cut, it's not even worth the effort. Very disappointed, wasted money

The main body of the machine may be nice and metallic, but the body of the heads is lightweight chrome-plated plastic, and I am sure it will start peeling over time, if not break with the first fall. Also, the blades start burning after a few minutes of use, to the point where you can't even touch them to the skin. In no way can the almost 100€ be justified for a supposedly professional machine. A comparable Philips one may be entirely plastic, but it has 40€ less and a 5-year warranty (2 years more than this one). I had it for 10 years without losing performance or cutting ability or breaking anything. In other words, I was disappointed with its quality. If I had known, I would have gone back to Philips.
