It tastes like ketchup. Slightly spicy ketchup. Way too sweet, not as tangy and balanced as Sriracha should be.
A little bit of acidity with some spiciness (I'd like a bit more than this one but it's fine), a tiny bit of sweetness and some garlic flavor is what I was looking for. Sweet ketchup is what I got.
