It provides the energy you need. But for me, at least, the taste was prohibitive. Too sweet. Like paper with sugar. Especially during a workout, it is inedible. But taste is subjective.

I eat it before starting.. Sometimes I eat half at the beginning and half at ten.... It doesn't bother my stomach.

Nice and tasty bar, easy to digest. I didn't expect anything less from Maurten, they are way ahead of the competition.
