I bought 2 pieces. In both, the lock got stuck. I was traveling and had to cut the zipper to open them.

Quality-wise it's not the best suitcase, mainly because the handle is not very stable and the interior zipper, but for the price it's okay. The lock works fine. For summer, when you have lighter clothes, the space is satisfactory. The wheels are detachable, which is a positive thing, and they roll easily.
