    I don't know how other shoes are, I haven't bought any before, this is the first time I'm buying. I chose these specific shoes because they have interchangeable parts, which is very important. They are not shoes that seem like a joke, I tried them and you don't feel anything, neither in the middle nor in the knees, nowhere. I haven't done it before and I can say that it's not the easiest thing in the world, I will write again after a month. What is certain, though, is that it burns calories. Just so you know, it doesn't make any noise. If someone doesn't have space for training with an elliptical or a bike, it's a very good choice, I think even if it has flaws because it makes a lot of noise. But if you have space, I don't recommend it because it will be very expensive if you have to change the tires and the bottom part every 90 days and you have to spend 50 € on it, it's much better to get a treadmill. I have a treadmill that I've had for 20 years without doing anything to it with daily use. So think about it very carefully before deciding to get it. However, in terms of quality, it is very nice. If you decide to get it, for me, it is the best solution because it has interchangeable parts. 6/8/2022 After a while, I don't think it's a good choice, I don't know if it's these specific ones, but if you want to jump like it shows in the video, it hits your waist and knees. And now in the summer when I don't have any flaws, I rarely use them because they make a lot of noise.
