It's been a year. I sent it for warranty, and with daily use, it has already started to fall apart. The plastic sticker for changing speeds has disintegrated. One wheel on the base broke and got lost among the small parts. Also, the transparent part that holds the pole to the body broke within the first few months, and I glued it with instant glue. I'm waiting to see if they will replace all the broken parts. Other than that, it's decent for its price, but it should at least last two years. Quite powerful for its price. Previously, I had a Roidmi for €350 and a Bosch Unlimited. Unfortunately, if the base had been like Dyson or Roidmi, it wouldn't tangle the hair. Every week it needs cutting with scissors to remove all the hair.
I already have a lot of devices from the X-Change series. As with the other devices, this one is also an excellent device. It has the huge advantage over other branded battery-powered vacuum cleaners that you can continue vacuuming without interruption when the battery is empty and you can simply insert a second battery!
Huge disappointment from einhell. As soon as it touched a thin carpet, it turned off! Zero power. Fortunately, the company has helpful service that replaced it for me. Unfortunately, the second vacuum had exactly the same tragic performance, so it ended up being a refund. I wonder about the reviews, really. I would not recommend it to anyone.
I have had it for two years and the reason I bought it was because the vacuum cleaner from the same company (Einhell TE-VC 18) was not powerful enough and did not meet my needs. Unfortunately, this one does not meet my needs for the same reason either. If you want a powerful vacuum, I would not recommend it in any case. Another negative is the poor ergonomics of the on/off trigger of the vacuum. It is located where you hold the vacuum and is pressed quite easily, resulting in accidentally turning it off or on. With a 4ah battery, it lasts 20 minutes on high power. The positive is that it is lightweight and convenient because it has no cord. I am in search of another vacuum. Einhell has disappointed me.
I already had some tools from the company, so I decided to get the vacuum since I had batteries. For tiles, it works great. Obviously, it doesn't work for carpets. It doesn't stand upright, so you have to leave it on the ground every time. Of course, it has a base to put it on the wall. I am absolutely satisfied, and with the 4mah battery, you can clean an entire apartment with ease. Time will tell if it's worth it, but all the tools from this company have proven to be reliable.
-update 14-1-2025: from where it sucks, there is a shaft with little brushes. When it collects enough hair, it gets stuck and doesn't turn, causing it to shut off. So, the shaft needs to be removed (it comes out easily because it has buttons on the ends) and the hair needs to be cut so it can roll again. I'm mentioning this because I see in other comments that say it shuts off by itself.
The "trigger" that starts it is indeed not convenient because it gets pressed accidentally.
In all vacuums, especially when there is no bag, the filters need to be cleaned frequently for it to suck satisfactorily.
It's just a portable vacuum, so obviously, it doesn't have the power of a regular vacuum. If you already have batteries from the company, it's worth it.
Excellent for its price. With a 2.5 battery, it easily cleans 100 sqm with one charge. With the turbo mode, it sucks up everything, even from carpets. If it had a slightly larger foot, it would be perfect. When you vacuum, it always turns on a light and you can see everything on the floor. I got rid of the traditional electric one.
It is perfect for everyday quick cleaning, it makes a little noise and the battery is sufficient for a 120sqm space with the use of turbo when needed.
