This is what I have to say about the pillow: it has very good construction quality with a protective cover, within a month it significantly improved the quality of my sleep and after a year of use, it is considered particularly durable. I have a restful sleep without tossing and turning and my snoring has decreased. However, like any new product, it needs some adjustment time. For me, the price is affordable. Personally, I would characterize this specific pillow as "medium to firm". I hope I helped.
First of all, it was not sealed properly to justify the completely crooked strip of paper glue inside, and it stated that there can be no exchange for health reasons.
A plastic bag with a zipper that does not prevent someone from opening it to inspect it and put it back in place. Otherwise, they talk about hygiene.
While the description says it is hard, in the store details it says medium to hard, and on the packaging paper it says hardness: hard. And in reality, it is medium to soft.
It says it is 15cm thick (the main reason I chose it), but obviously they also measure our head, otherwise it cannot be explained that the distance from the mattress to the highest point of the pillow when I lay down was not even 10cm. I felt it almost flat, resulting in waking up with my shoulder stuck since I only sleep on my side.
In the end, I searched the entire packaging to see where it says 15cm (maybe they sent me a different one by mistake) and it is nowhere to be found, only the 60X40
It is made of memory foam, which has the expected behavior during use. The problem for me is the softness it presents. Although the pillow is considered firm, according to its description, it compresses much more than expected, resulting in the head not being aligned with the body, but tilting more downwards. This, at least for me, causes a problem, as sleep is not restful and I have to frequently change sides during sleep.
It was expensive and they made it even more expensive. The memory foam broke in a year. I wouldn't buy it again
Good pillow in general but I would say it is only for sleeping on your back. Personally, I sleep on my side and unfortunately it doesn't work for me, first because the firm one I got is very squishy so it feels like it's medium, also because it sinks a lot when you put your head on it, that's why it doesn't work on the side, it's very narrow so it has messed up my shoulders. What a shame. It should state that it only works for sleeping on your back.
I received a defective broken zipper that had no stopper on either side. I wonder how they pass quality control if this company is serious. It also has many imperfections inside, with cracks and gaps on the surface, and defects that mean something is not right. I do not recommend it, choose something else
The pillow doesn't smell like chemicals at all. It comes with a nice washable protective cover. It is a regular size, 40 by 60, and personally, it suits me very well. I can already see a difference in my sleep.
Being the owner of the Oliver pillow from the same company, I wanted to try the platinum one to see the difference. Same quality of construction with proper materials and durability without sagging after use. I would say it is firmer and taller than the Oliver, but still medium to firm and has all the properties of memory foam. I gave it to my son and he liked it better. But the 5 stars are from my son, he really liked it.
Unfortunately, it does not satisfy me as much as I expected... when I sleep on my side, it completely blocks my ear and it is very annoying. I would say that my sleep did not improve at all, and some mornings I wake up with a sore neck...
It is a bit strange the first night you sleep on it, but gradually you get used to it and it fits perfectly for me. I am around 185 cm tall and weigh 85 kg with average shoulders (you should know that the size of the shoulders matters), and it doesn't sag and supports the neck and head.
I can say that my sleep improves day by day and my snoring has decreased, and I wake up better in the morning.
Additionally, it is not as hard as cement, for example, but compared to other ones I have used, it is the hardest.
I would say it is currently satisfactory with a reasonable price.
I read your reviews and it's like watching a telemarketing advertisement on TV where the "buyers" barely read a prepared text and praise the product. I laugh. Anyway, from the first day, the pillow sinks quite a bit, almost halfway, and it is definitely not firm. There are pillows with lower prices, do not trust reviews that seem to be automated.
UPDATE!: 15 days after the first use and the pillow sinks even more, like a boat in a storm with 10 Beaufort. 50€ in the trash...
I sleep on my side and have an issue with pillows, I never find one that suits me. With this pillow, I was saved. It is not too high, so I put a thin pillow underneath. That way it becomes perfect. No more morning headaches.

I was looking for a tall pillow. It is towards the firm side, I would say. The back and shoulder pains have stopped now.
I have been using memory foam & Latex pillows for years. From very expensive specialized ones to cheap ones. I can't say that I have been fully satisfied until now. I have been using this specific one for 25 days and it fits me very well in terms of height and sinking. I sleep on my back and on my side very calmly, comfortably, and without waking up in between, with a height of 1.75, weight of 105 kg with cervical and gastroesophageal reflux. It seems excellent. Only time will tell about its durability.
I wanted a tall pillow (I am 190 cm) for my shoulder as I was bothered by the low old pillow. I bought it because of its height and it fit me perfectly. Now I sleep comfortably without any pain in my shoulder and it keeps my neck elevated. As for the memory foam, I would say it is towards the firm side.
