The first one broke in 7 months and they replaced it for me. The second one that came didn't last even a month. I sent it back again and I'm waiting.
Update 8/11/24: It finally arrived repaired, stating in the information "screen replacement." It broke again for the third time and I sent it back again; the screen suddenly had lines (as in the photo) and I couldn't even retrieve my files from it. The worst I've ever had in a phone. In one year, 3 malfunctions and a month each time to get it back.
The positives are the battery life and the relative responsiveness when switching windows. I should note that I do not use it for games and movies, only for phone calls, social networking, and some applications that serve me in my daily work. The negatives are the not-so-good quality of photos and videos, and several times I have issues with calls and signal in general. Regarding calls, many times the volume was low for some reason and other times it was very loud for no apparent reason, which is annoying when I have it remotely in a fixed location in my workplace. I had many times issues with the signal, while other devices had no problem at all.
It broke before one year, I sent it to be fixed and it didn't get fixed, nor did they give me another one. How much money did they give me? Now it's even more expensive.
