  I am coming back with a new review.... .... what I wrote about the sound quality still holds true, but exactly on the third day of a Balkan trip, it stopped working. IT HAS a 2-year warranty, and to their credit, the store where I bought it handled all the procedures for its replacement.

  It was purchased in the summer for use on a trip abroad, given that my group also had Sena intercoms... we were connected to the Mesh network, and the sound and conversation quality, even at high speeds, was incredible....

  Positives:
  This specific Sena Spider ST1 intercom is of very good quality, with amazing sound clarity from the headphones and microphone and a great range.

  Negatives:
  The BIG negative is that it only connects with Sena intercoms AND ONLY on the Mesh network.
  Even with Sena intercoms that DO NOT have the ability to connect to Mesh, it does not connect for conversation.... 3 stars and not 5 for this reason.

  Purchased after a lot of thought and hesitation, which if I had the experience of intercoms beforehand, I wouldn't have thought twice! Beyond the mesh technology it has, which connects literally with a button to the other units, it has incredibly strong and clear sound. When I answer phone calls, I can be heard perfectly clearly! The battery lasts a long time, which I was worried about, but on a trip over 2,000 kilometers, I only charged it once as I had it on constantly and was listening to music. I have nothing negative to note for now. It's worth the money, even though it's quite a bit.

  It remains a top choice for me, and my friends have also purchased the same intercom, and we connect seamlessly. As mentioned by another buyer above, be careful to connect only with the same Sena ST1 Mesh and no other, so if you don't mind connecting with others, get this one! Its sound is incredible, and the calls feel like you're in a closed space without noise! The battery is still strong, it lasts fully!!!
