BIO Castor Oil is derived from the processing of the seeds of the Ricinus Communis plant. Traditionally used as a "medicinal" oil since the time of Ancient Egypt. Castor oil has an almost neutral taste and color, is characterized by high viscosity, and contains a high content of ricinoleic acid.

Its action is particularly effective in cleaning sebum, softening hard pimples, and generally tackling zits. BIO Castor Oil is rich in Omega-9 fatty acids with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and has become popular for treating severe skin conditions such as acne.

The oil "traps" the skin's moisture, preventing dehydration and premature aging. It is popular in the care of eyebrows and eyelashes, as well as in many cosmetic products such as soaps, lotions, lip balms, and moisturizers.

It is one of the favorite oils of soap manufacturers, as it creates wonderful lather (usually at a ratio of 5-10%). BIO Castor Oil is used either alone or in combination with other base oils for better results.
