  Very good from the first use, just used it. It needs to be sprayed 4 times a day with 1 spray as deep as possible close to the larynx. It helps a lot. No herbal or medication will work miracles from the first day. It is already used by a 10-year-old child with a doctor's prescription.   It is really excellent and there is no comparison with the Terra propolis that I did not see any difference.
