As the owner of band 5 and band 6, I have just upgraded to band 7. Starting from the screen, I can say that it is in a good grade higher than band 6, as it is wider and more readable, especially for messages and any other notifications. With all applications open, the battery lasts about 7 to 8 days, and if the continuous heart rate monitoring function is turned off and only notifications are constantly open, it can last up to 10 to 11 days. The measurements are accurate except for oxygen, which always shows less compared to oximeters, but perhaps with an upgrade, this measurement will also improve. A very good purchase once again from Xiaomi.
Compared to previous models, it can make your life difficult: there have been countless steps backwards in terms of everyday usability. The screen has problems with touch, its response to commands (scroll/tap) is dismal. Managing your music is equally difficult, with the back/forward arrows only working upon request.
I give it an extra star (the second one) for the more accurate measurements compared to the past (swimming, walking, cycling).
A very mediocre purchase. Not recommended by me...
Update: the scrolling responsiveness issue was resolved with a simple restart. It works much better now. However, it still doesn't have proper responsiveness to the arrows and music control buttons (back, forward, pause/play). Therefore, reconsidering the rating, I give it 4 stars.
The swimming measurements, in particular, are extremely accurate.
Update: besides not responding to taps, the screen is also malfunctioning. It's completely dead. Perhaps the most problematic product I have ever purchased.
I think one star is rightfully deserved...
I have had it for about 3-4 months. My biggest complaint is that it often and easily unhooks, resulting in it coming off many times while I sleep and several times during various activities. It's only a matter of time before it falls off without me realizing it and I lose it.
Also, I think its measurements are a bit all over the place... aside from measuring time duration, I don't think it's worth it if you really want to have an idea of sleep quality, heart rates during workouts, etc. Of course, for its price, you don't expect much. For a basic overview, it's good, but for extensive use, I wouldn't say it's worth the effort.
I got it for work to see approximately the steps I take. Many scientific tests have been done, and it is not the most accurate band you can get, neither for the heart rate nor for the steps, so don't blindly trust the numbers it says. Nevertheless, I would recommend it with reservations about the numbers

Settings often get lost from accidental touches on the screen. I bought a strap from another company. Difficult to record sleep accurately. It has a menu for all sports. Compared to the mi5, it's better, but the calorie measurement has an increasing trend. Overall, a very good impression and many features.
I got it, the touch screen broke after a year.. they replaced it for me.. I got the newest model.. this one broke suddenly after a year too.. (fortunately both were under warranty).. in the end, I got my money back..
vfm. I bought it for the kids. The connection is easy via Bluetooth. Compatible with the zepp life app as well.
I've had it for six months. It hasn't broken at all. It has a setting for sensitivity in measurements. The measurements are very accurate. Not perfect, but satisfactory. The strap gets dirty easily if you have a light color. It has many features. I'm not an athlete, but for an everyday day, it motivates you to stay active. The battery is very good.
After 1 year + I can say that it could be better... the most annoying thing is that it "goes crazy" and by itself sets alarms or turns off/changes the face (which can easily happen since if you press a bit long on the home screen you go exactly to the menu where you change the face or turn it off, so if with a little sweat or rain or for any other reason it starts acting up, it can cause damage more easily, I wish it would lock somehow...)
Also, it doesn't respond as quickly as I would like, and for some reason when I need it the most, it freezes more than ever when I'm dying in the last kilometer of running, feeling like I'm going to die, and wanting to see heartbeats, raising my hand and it does nothing for several seconds, having to tap the screen, nothing, lowering it, raising it, etc., and at some point I felt okay, it doesn't sound serious, but when you've reached your limits, literally the slightest hassle becomes a big ordeal...
Also, the strap could be MUCH better even for this price... the first one broke where you pass one of the straps, and the little tooth over time doesn't hold well and comes off easily.
But okay, it's not expensive and it's not completely terrible, so for someone who wants a fitness watch but doesn't have/want to spend more than 30 euros, it's an okay purchase, neither terrible nor "wow look what I got." I, who bought it at first when it was a bit more expensive, regret it a little, but at today's price it's "hmmm 'okay."

I had the band 4, which after a lot of use and misuse, the screen cracked. I replaced it with the 7. Better screen, many more functions, user-friendly, and equally durable I would say. The battery might have lasted a bit longer with the 4, but that’s reasonable since it had a smaller screen and fewer functions. Still, of course, very satisfied with the battery though.
The strap broke immediately and before two years passed, the touch screen also broke. It's good for the money.
While compared to my mi band 5, I really like the larger screen and more functions of this one, it barely lasts me 5 days with most functions disabled. While the band 5 lasted me almost 8 days
It sticks badly, it's the worst that has come out in mi band. Better get another series, the 6 or the 8 are much better. Stay away from the seven!
After a year of use, it still works very well. Perfect and waterproof even in the sea. The strap, like all mi bands, broke and I bought a new one. Nevertheless, it still works very well.
For some reason, when disconnected from the phone, it wouldn't let me reconnect. The only way to reconnect was to reset the watch to factory settings. Also, the strap easily came undone, resulting in me losing it the first time I used it in the sea.
Very good for its price, I didn't expect it to have so many applications, to be honest. Oh, maybe buy another strap, I bought another strap and it looks more expensive
I have had it for almost a year, it hasn't had any issues. The battery lasts around 4-5 days with all the measurements activated, including the screen turning on with wrist movement and frequent notifications (I have it set to vibrate and turn on the screen).
It has amazing accuracy in sleep tracking. Now, for measurements like heart rate, etc. I can't know how accurate it is, but I think it does its job. The only thing that has bothered me is that sometimes the weather doesn't update, or when it is updated, it doesn't show UV Index and humidity data, which personally interest me a lot. But usually, when I simply sync it from my phone, it will be updated within 5 minutes
Overall, it is a value for money purchase, it has nothing to envy from the corresponding expensive watches and it is durable. I buy it from the Band 4 series and almost every year I buy the new one. Now it is at a very good level compared to the previous ones
I think that for its price, it is very decent. Because I have thin wrists, it looks beautiful and harmonious on my hand. Personally, I made two additions that I believe greatly upgraded it. I downloaded two free apps
I have had this specific Activity Tracker for almost 15 days, which was mainly purchased for tracking calories in various activities (mainly exercise) and sleep.
I am writing the review without the experience of a different Activity Tracker or Smartwatch, so I refer only to my personal experience.
Design: Quite simple design, without hindering wrist movements (Push ups, playing a musical instrument). The strap provided by Xiaomi, although simple, may not be convenient for small or very thick wrists. The circumference of my wrist is 18 centimeters, giving me moderate comfort. In this case, there is a huge variety of straps for the Smart Band series in various designs, changing its appearance.
Functionality: As mentioned, its use is mainly for measuring calories and sleep quality. I only use the Mi Fitness app, without presenting bugs or anything similar. The measurements it takes are limited to heart rate, calories, and time, without exactly recognizing which exercises you are doing (in freestyle mode). Steps are also counted by arm movement, not by distance traveled or ground slope, unless measured with GPS.
Battery life: Considering that I already have two programs running in the background (including Always On Display), as well as notifications, the Smart Band 7 lasts for 3 days until I recharge it. Charging it is not particularly time-consuming, lasting just one hour. If someone tries to fully utilize it with stress, blood oxygen, or continuous heart rate measurements, it will hardly last more than a day.
Screen: The screen, although AMOLED, is for essential use, while having a wide range of colors.
Customization: This part is limited only to the installed themes, which were sufficient for me without looking into whether I can transfer more.
Durability: The strap did not present any problems, with its resistance to various temperatures not hindering its operation. The screen, on the other hand, shows scratches if not taken care of, although not particularly noticeable.
In summary, as my first Activity Tracker, it does its job effectively, up to its capabilities. Being a budget choice, I have certainly been relatively satisfied with the plethora of features it has, as well as its durability. Below are various links that can help with some questions:

First of all, let's say that for the money it is very honest, it has many functions, a very good screen, it is waterproof, the battery is not as they say, it lasts about 5 days with some measurements, sometimes it may be wrong, the strap is not the best but as we said for the money it costs, it is okay.

Very decent choice for the budget it is aimed at. Xiaomi offers a very reliable option for a cheap but quality solution. Personally, I would mention that I was impressed by the bright screen (more nits) and the touch sensitivity from marginal angles. It also has a strong battery so far, as with a full charge it can last me more than a week with normal use. Now, because some people want to have all the assets of a smartwatch with a much higher value for only 30 euros, they unjustly diminish the product unfortunately...
I bought 2 because the strap easily comes undone and it's only a matter of time before you lose it... I had to replace it within the first month of use because it kept coming undone... Of course, I lost it with the second strap... It's a good band but not worth it if you lose it...
It is exactly what you pay for. You buy a budget smartwatch and it is definitely the best choice you can make. Obviously, the measurements are not excellent, but you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend it for trying out the idea of smartwatches or for measuring steps, heart rate, etc. Its battery is quite small and it can become tiring, and besides its features, it is not aesthetically pleasing (in my opinion).
The oxygen measurement is not very accurate (I have a specialized oximeter), but overall it is a good watch. I bought it for my children and they are quite satisfied.
Coming from the Xiaomi Mi Band 3, I can say that it is a huge upgrade. I use it at the gym, so not intense usage, but just having a colored screen is very nice. It has several functions that I am still exploring. The price is super as I got it for 23 (I had bought the Band 3 for 19 euros when it came out), so I can say it is value for money.
