I haven't changed it for years. It removes every trace of makeup from the eyes easily without rubbing the eyes. Even waterproof mascara. One tip, I wet my eyes a little before using it
It is an excellent product because it removes even the strongest waterproof mascara without irritating the eyes... the cap is a bit of a hassle (screws on and off) but a minor detail...

I have been using the hyalu range from La Roche Posay for 1 year now. For the first time, I bought the mascara and this specific makeup remover. I really suffer after using the makeup remover. I don't know what's causing it. It's very itchy and irritates my eyes. And there are redness around them. I will not use it again. Neither this specific product nor the mascara. I will stick to the creams.

Very good in removing makeup, especially waterproof. It is not thick to leave a greasy feeling afterwards in the eyes, but it is quite moisturizing.
