On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Asia Minor Catastrophe, the second edition of the photographic album "The Asia Minor Campaign" is released. The album includes 276 photographs from the rich Photographic Archive of the Hellenic Literary and Historical Archive (IEE) for the period, dating from December 1920 to the summer of 1922, and has been enriched with material from the Historical Documents Archive of the IEE, articles from the press, and excerpts from historical and literary texts. This edition, beyond its commemorative character, is a tribute to the late Ioannis K. Mazarakis-Ainian, who served for many years as the General Secretary of the Historical and Ethnological Society of Greece-National Historical Museum, to whom the first edition is owed.
