New review after months of use
The only downside after months of carrying a fairly heavy load every day is the zipper. It can easily break and both the bag and the front pocket may need replacement.
For the rest, the following still apply, as written a few months ago:

Amazing purchase. I bought it because I needed a comfortable, convenient, and spacious school bag.
Pros:
- ergonomic back
- large capacity
- side open pockets for water/umbrella
- can be made waterproof by placing the orange protective fabric found in the bottom pocket (see photos).

The price of 20 euros is excellent. It is comparable - if not superior - in quality to much more expensive school/professional bags.

Having tried both cheap (20€) and expensive (80€+) backpacks for my laptop and belongings, I can easily say that this is the most value for money option I have seen. With 30€, you get a lightweight bag with good seams and padding. Additionally, the positive aspects include the side pockets for a thermos/umbrella/etc. The only negatives are the relatively few internal pockets (e.g. no slots for pens, keys, etc.).
