Ingredients & Benefits

    With a scent that reminds me of something between melomakarono and Fanouropita, the Korres vanilla cinnamon is my favorite winter body cream (the scent is a bit heavy for summer).     Mastic: Truly unpleasant scent, by far the worst body cream from Korres. I thought it would have a light mastic aroma, but unfortunately sandalwood prevails and makes it heavy and "masculine" (allow me to use gender stereotypes to describe it) while being so intense that it makes you dizzy.

    It absorbs without sticking even in hot weather, adequately moisturizes from the first uses, and has a distinct scent. At first, it does smell like mastiha, but then it evolves and its scent becomes powdery. It doesn't smell like mastiha ice cream, it smells like mastiha loukoumi, meaning it may remind you a bit of something grandma would use. Whoever smelled it didn't go crazy about it, but also didn't say it smells awful. Like all Korres fragrances that go beyond the ordinary, it's clear that it's a matter of personal taste.

    Korres body lotion and you will forget about dry elbows. As for the scent....it's perfect!!! It smells like real Easter. If you are a fan of this particular fragrance, I highly recommend it. Personally, it brings back many memories. The scent doesn't last long on the body, at least not on me. But it stays on clothes for at least one or two days. Not as intense, of course.
