I have used AKAI speakers before, with the general opinion that they are relatively good for their price. However, this particular speaker that I received only works when connected to power (as if it doesn't even have a battery), its performance is poor, the quality of the buttons is terrible, and the connection with the phone disconnects every 10 minutes for no reason.
I found it in a hotel room I stayed in and I liked it a lot, then I bought it and now it decorates my own living room :)
