Very good cleanser, it cleaned even the last traces of acne and noticeably reduced oiliness. The only problem is that it's best not to use it too often (twice a day every 4-5 days is ideal for me) because it can cause dryness and breakouts. However, it offers very good cleansing and leaves a pleasant feeling. I recommend it for acne in combination with a milder cleanser and definitely a moisturizer.
The worst gel. If I could just leave a comment without giving any stars, I would. Where to start and where to end? I will speak briefly. This gel dries the skin incredibly, creates redness, etc. No matter how many moisturizers you apply, the skin will be completely dry; it's one of the worst. Before I bought it, I read good reviews, and those encouraged me to place the order. After a week of use, and while everything seemed fine at first, it turned out to be the worst. I have normal skin, and this made it dry, and since I started using it, I have developed many pimples. The worst, I do not recommend it to you.
It really helps with acne, but afterwards you need full hydration; if you forget and don’t apply anything, it really pulls your face and dries you out to an extreme degree
Stay away from this product. I have oily skin with a tendency for acne. I used it after the summer season and while I had some small pimples, I ended up with large breakouts. It also doesn't clean makeup well at all and leaves residues on the skin. I do not recommend it to people with similar issues.
Cleans deeply oily skin. Daily use for years without any discomfort. Because it cleans deeply even very oily skin, you may need a simple moisturizer after use. I don't intend to change it, I am completely satisfied
This is the second time I bought it. I have been using it since November because my face had acne back then. In the past few days, I noticed that my face was very dry after cleansing, and when I went to the dermatologist, he told me that this specific cleanser irritates the skin a lot and gave me another one. I wouldn't buy it again.
I have been using it for many years and I am satisfied. It does a very good job in cleaning, but if you want it for makeup removal, it does not remove all the material you have put on.
It is a very good facial cleanser for my teenagers with slightly oily skin and some acne. We can also use it, but then immediately apply moisturizer because it will dry out the skin!
I have combination skin, without acne, and I use it every day morning and night and I am fully satisfied!! Even with such use, it lasts me a long time, as it does not require a large amount. I recommend it!!
After trying many, this is the only one that effectively cleans the sebum to prevent acne! I've been buying it for years!! As soon as I pop a pimple and wash my face twice afterwards, I see it slowly disappearing!
I used to buy it in the past during acne periods. Now I think it dries out my skin, especially the first few times of use until the skin gets used to it again. However, it does a very good job in removing makeup and you don't need a large amount, which means it lasts a long time.
Well, I am a 16-year-old teenager without much acne, however, I have some black marks and some pimples on my chin and nose (only there and the rest of my face was CLEAR!!) so of course, I consult with a pharmacist and even where they do my facial cleanses... they strongly recommended this product line to me. After 2 days, I broke out with acne everywhere, EVERYWHERE, and irritation that unfortunately I have been suffering from for 4 months now. I don't know if it's my own case, but my mother and brother who tried it once unfortunately had the same results.
I have been using it for years, every 2-3 days, and I wouldn't change it for anything. It matches perfectly with my skin and I haven't noticed any dryness or anything else negative. It also has a wonderful scent!
I have tried many cleansers over the years, but none like Avene's Cleanance... it is truly wonderful, it cleans deeply, and my skin afterwards is really clean despite having very oily skin. It also never causes dryness for me, as I read in some reviews. As for pimples, the truth is I haven't noticed any difference so far. I also tried Caladerm's cleanser, but it is mediocre to bad. I highly recommend Cleanance and when it runs out, I will buy it again!!!
I bought it because I had some minor acne on my forehead and as soon as I started using it, it got worse.
My face would become oily and produce more after a few hours.
It's not suitable for all skin types.
I highly recommend it⬇️
La Roche Posay
1. Blue soap
2. Effaclar cream
It's amazing, they disappeared in one day and it smells perfect!
From the number of reviews that have already been written about the product, it is evident that it is quite popular. For me, it is the only thing that does what it is intended for, and yes, it has definitely been written about before, but if someone doesn't have acne, they shouldn't buy it. It is not for oily skin. As someone who has both acne and oily skin, it is the only product that I feel cleans my skin. I have tried all the equivalent products from well-known skincare companies. Also, it requires a small amount, yes, it dries out the skin and it is not meant for makeup removal, it is meant for acne. In my younger years, I had a period of small pimples that were caused by an iron falling on my face. The green line of Avene, specifically the Cleanance line, saved me and since then, for fifteen years, I haven't changed it.
I used it for 1-2 years, I don't remember exactly because I had acne. After a dermatologist's recommendation and with appropriate treatment, my acne was gone, but the product alone did not bring the desired results. It makes my skin dry, and after a while, it was as if I wasn't cleaning my face at all, as the pimples I had never went away until I got Cleanance Hydra Soothing Cleansing from Avene, and with the same creams I was using at the beginning, all the pimples I had disappeared. I still use Hydra Soothing even now, and personally, I prefer it.
Edit: Ultimately, this particular cleanser for mixed and oily skin can be used once a day max, but definitely followed by hydration. I now use it once a week, and it does an excellent job.
I have acne-prone skin and I was given this product from the pharmacy. At first, it was good, but after several months, I started getting pimples or the existing ones wouldn't go away. It causes dryness and I use it once a day. It is a strong product and I wouldn't buy it again. The only positive thing is that it removes makeup well and produces enough foam
I have combination to oily skin with a tendency for acne, and I was recommended this cleanser. I used it for a while and it dehydrated my skin so much that at one point I had to apply two layers of moisturizer and it still kept peeling. The pimples continued to appear along with the dry skin. I went to another pharmacy to get a different cleanser and mentioned that I was using this particular product, and they told me that dermatologists recommend it for people with cystic acne because it is very strong and completely dries out the skin. Since I stopped using it, thankfully my skin has returned to normal.
During the first week, I felt my skin much cleaner from the very first days. However, after a while, I started getting pimples along with dryness on my skin... I do not recommend it
It caused me pimples... I normally only get them before my period, but since I started using it, I get a new pimple every day. I wouldn't buy it again.
