I had read it in the reviews. I believed it was a coincidence that the top part comes off the sole. In a very short time without much use, both come off. I thought that with strong special glue I could stick them. I tried three different glues with no result. Obviously, they were not glued with glue but with thermal bonding. Unacceptable for a branded product. Factory manufacturing failure. Instead of recalling the product, they continue to deceive consumers!
