It presses many 100w mats below, it's 50w and I use it on the 1st setting. It doesn't have an automatic switch, so be careful not to forget it on, especially on the 2nd setting. It also works for the office with shoes!

It takes a few minutes to reach full temperature, but personally, I keep it on 1 and not on 2 because it gets too hot there... I don't know if it says it has a 90-minute timer, but mine didn't have one, which doesn't bother me at all because I don't want it to stop; just if someone wants it, they should keep that in mind... It loses one star purely because the plastic is very cheap, and when it comes to electricity, that matters. The second reason is that the cord is awkwardly short, meaning if the switch were on the opposite side of the cord, it would be fine, but as it is at the end almost, you have to bend down and grab the cord every time you want to turn it on... And the last reason is that the surface underneath is not fully non-slip... It definitely holds better than if it were fabric or anything else, but it's not something you can rely on not to move with an extra movement of the feet, which combined with the short cord could cause it to disconnect... Nevertheless, I don't give it 3 stars because I would be doing a disservice to the performance, which is satisfactory
