The worst running shoes I have ever worn. In the first half hour, my heels started to hurt and gradually I felt discomfort in my knees and lower back. Very hard sole that sounds like you are wearing heels when you walk. After using Hoka, Brooks, and Saucony, I decided to prefer these because of the reviews I read and the price, but I made a mistake. In the end, you get what you pay for!!!

My first and last mizuno, I don't know if it was this particular pair or the model but really no matter how much I wore them I couldn't get used to how crooked they made my step. Very good shoe, very similar in feel to the Hoka Clifton 8 but slightly harder.
For light running, 5-6 minutes per kilometer.
They are relatively heavy but I believe they will be durable. The foot gets very warm, especially now in the summer.
For those who want a similar feel but something lighter, I recommend the Rebellion.
