The new box does not include headphones and a charger, but only a USB-C to USB-A cable for charging your Galaxy M23 5G Dual SIM. This reduces the box size, resulting in more devices per shipment and a reduction in the energy spent on transporting them.

Perhaps the worst phone that has passed through my hands. After the first updates, it falls apart. If I were to rank it somewhere in terms of freezing, I would compare it to some Chinese Androids costing 40 euros. It freezes even when stationary. Without doing anything, just looking at it unlocked and navigating through the menu, it simply freezes. The apps can't handle even the basic functions. For example, you open a banking app, it freezes after a while, and you have to close it, restart the phone, and go back in. Overall...fantastic screen (when it works), fantastic camera (when it works), and it even comes with a charger. Wasted money. This is basically lawsuit material. We should all come together and file a lawsuit against Samsung. You can't sell this thing as a functional product.
Unfortunately, from the first week it started to freeze. You have to close it and reopen it in order to unlock it. Especially the bottom right button that takes you back. Also, several times I unlock the phone and while pressing the icon of an application, it throws me out and locks again. In addition, I receive messages on viber, messenger, instagram and most of the times it doesn't ring. I don't know if the problem is with the phone or the respective applications. I have to enter the apps to check if there is any message. The most important thing is that it doesn't have fm radio, even though it is written in its features. The only option to listen to music is through the internet. It takes quite good photos or at least better than the previous samsung I had. And the sound quality is very good.
6 months with the phone
My experience is that for the money I bought it from a platform outside of Scroutz, at €169 it is the best I have bought for that price.
1: Snapdragon 750G with hours of COD mobile, I have no problem
2: good photos up to a point
3: nothing special about the video, not bad at all (there are GCAMs that you can find and they work great)
4: there are no freezes that some people say exist
here with games 10GB and switching from COD mobile to FB to Messenger etc. it works great!
5: good battery but not fully satisfied
6: good screen resolution, clear screen only that it is not Super Amoled
7: it is not the phone that you would say can compete with beasts in any case, but even at €200 that I see it in some stores, it is worth it.
Cons:
Terrible Wi-Fi.
Well...I found it for 199 euros. Good price for the phone. I was disappointed that even though it says it has an FM radio, it actually doesn't. I rejected other phones because they didn't have FM radio. So, first disappointment. As for call quality, it's good but compared to other phones, it gets one less signal bar in the same spot. And I mean always having set the desired network to 4G so that no one says it's 5G. It's a bit wide and doesn't fit well in the hand, especially if you want to put a thick protective case on it. I don't think it's for small hands. The photos it takes are good but I'm not very satisfied. They are inferior to the Samsung A3, A8, and J7 2017 that I had in the past, but decent and better than the A20e and A13 that are currently available. The colors are good, vivid, but it's like the image is somewhat...processed. I can't accurately describe what I mean. It just doesn't have the "density" that I would like. Okay, for the average user, it will satisfy, but for someone who wants something more, there is that. However, I must say that at night it takes satisfactory photos and compared to the 5 models I mentioned earlier, it takes clearly better night shots than all of them. I don't know about games, I'm not interested. The screen is simply awesome. If you want to watch movies or browse websites, it fully satisfies in terms of size, speed, and image. It has a headphone jack and the music sounds very good. Even without headphones, it has good sound performance. In general, it's fast. I haven't loaded it with apps and it runs smoothly. It has good memory, 128 and easily supports an SD card up to 128 (maybe even more, but my 128 SD, class 10, works perfectly and I have a total memory of 256 on the phone). You need to buy an extra charger because it comes with only a cable, but for 8 euros, you can get a Samsung charger at 25W and it charges very quickly, i.e. in 1.15 to 1.30 it fully charges. Also, the battery, although not outstanding, lasts a long time compared to the 5 models I mentioned earlier. I think it easily lasts 2 days for an average user. If someone is constantly on 4G and surfing or playing, of course, the battery life will decrease. I would also like to say that I am very satisfied with its GPS as it quickly locates a signal and navigates well with its satisfying screen. And I mean GPS without data. If you add additional data to the navigation, then it's just wonderful. In conclusion, what would I say to someone who is interested: It's an above-average phone, quite honest in what it promises, and around 200 euros, it's a good price so go for it. It's also 5G, you'll find it ahead of you...As I said above, I was disappointed that it doesn't have FM radio and I feel deceived, but if I want to be fair, it's generally a good and sturdy construction that doesn't leave you indifferent. Just be careful about the size, don't let it slip out of your hand. That's it, stay healthy everyone.
I bought it on 1/8/22. It's the worst phone I've ever purchased!! When it's charging, you can't do anything, not even answer a call or scroll on the internet. It freezes many times. Overall, it's a disaster. I regret spending 211€ on it, otherwise I would have thrown it in the trash. ???
Honest purchase. I've had it for 3 months now and I'm completely satisfied. Very fast. It has never frozen. Good quality sound, image, and video for the money.
Very good screen with nice colors and resolution. Good camera for the money. Very good speaker. Good calls. Average battery, lasts one day with simple use. Negative: the phone freezes a bit on some applications. I advise you to get the version with 6GB of RAM if you can find it. 4GB of RAM is not enough anymore. Therefore, a very good phone for the money and one of the best options for this price. I highly recommend it compared to other Chinese phones, which it surpasses by far in terms of colors, camera resolution, speaker, and of course software.
A very good phone that is worth its money and I can say that it is even better than more expensive models! A fair purchase with everything it has, I highly recommend it.
From the very first month, it started to lag.
It takes very good photos and the battery charges in 45 minutes if I don't use it, but the downside is that I had to buy the charger separately, so it increases the price of the phone.
I've had it for 4 months now and although it's really nice, a big negative is that it lags quite a bit and often crashes my apps.
Guys, the mobile phone has everything perfect camera, speaker, battery, it doesn't lag at all, it's honest for its price, I recommend it with closed eyes...
Bought for 180 euros 2 days ago. First impressions are good. Battery is satisfactory, I estimate about 3 days. I have removed unnecessary applications to lighten it up a bit. It's a big phone but that doesn't bother me. Calls are clear and the sound is satisfactory. It's too early to say more. I will come back after working with it a bit. A decimal for a 25-watt charger and you're good to go. Made in Vietnam.
It's a really good mobile phone, I must say, but as a negative, I would mention that they included the cable that should normally have been inside and the adapter... Very good photos with amazing resolution! As for the battery, for someone who only uses some social media like Facebook, Instagram, etc., the battery will last for about a day depending on how long you stay, but if you also have games, the mobile battery will last for about 7 to 8+ hours... I could say in my opinion it's a pretty good mobile phone! You should get it, it's worth its money!!
Coming from an older model (2015) of the same company, the difference is huge. The 120hz screen is fast in terms of response. The phone is generally very fast and doesn't lag anywhere, so far. Applications open instantly. The speaker is of good quality and supports dobly atmos (when headphones are connected). Photos are very good even in low light. Video is of good quality.
If you play games, the battery will need to be charged every day. If you don't use it for games, it will last around 2 days on average, depending on usage. It supports fast charging (the package only includes the cable) at 25w, but you can choose to charge up to 85% in the settings to extend the battery life.
For the price of around 200 euros, it is a very good value for money phone.
Edit 30/09
One disadvantage I noticed is that it takes a while to connect to wifi. I don't know why it does this, but I often see updates for the receiver. When I'm far away, it takes a while to find it or doesn't find it at all. Whereas the old phone found it straight away.
It was purchased for my mother to replace her old Xiaomi.
2. The screen, although not AMOLED, displays impressive colors and, combined with the 120Hz refresh rate, everything appears smooth and easy on the eyes.
3. The processor is satisfactory and suitable for browsing social media, etc.
4. I did not run any games, so I cannot provide an opinion.
5. The battery has a long life and supports fast charging at 25 watts.
6. PLEASE NOTE, the charger is NOT included, only the charging cable which is USB Type-C to USB Type-C (not Type A).
I got it as a gift for my wife at 211 and I'm amazed. The phone is European and manufactured by Samsung. This is the best value for money phone on the market. Despite having had several issues with previous phones with AMOLED screens due to burn-in from games, this one with TFT at 120Hz is the best. The green color is also the best because it doesn't look fake but rather high-quality. I haven't seen anything that bothers me so far. Even the sound, which is not stereo, is crystal clear and loud. I hope I helped...
