I started taking this particular supplement for the prevention of kidney stones, but then I discovered that it has other benefits/uses, such as weight loss, mental clarity, better sleep, etc., which are clearly welcome. Many complain about the size of the pills and the difficulty in swallowing them, but personally, I had no problem. If one can get past that, they enjoy the best value for money supplement in its category.

Apart from the large size of the pill, it is unacceptable for it to not have the necessary coating to aid in swallowing. I literally almost choked as it got completely stuck in my throat. Needless to say, I will not be taking them again after what I experienced, and the ones I have left, I will have to crush into powder using a pill crusher. No stars in my rating if it were possible.

I have tried similar supplements from Now and Health Aid. While the price is relatively better, it does what others describe. The pills do not have a coating and are difficult to swallow. I should add that I take several supplements and I am not "picky", it is the first time I buy a supplement that bothers my throat. From the same company, I also bought a b-complex vitamin supplement which is quite better, but I do not think I will prefer them for my next purchase.

While its price is tempting compared to other companies, you pay for it in quality. Specifically, having tried supplements from several companies, of various types due to intense daily activity even with capsules larger in size than this one and others that smelled bad, I cannot swallow this particular pill at all. It is medium to large in size but the problem is not there, it is located in the fact that it is not coated with any membrane, so as soon as it comes into contact with the tongue or generally with any liquid, it starts to dissolve slightly and stick inside the mouth. The only solution is to break it by hitting it on a hard surface, for example, and turn it into powder without any pieces so that you can swallow it. As for effectiveness, yes it works as expected like the others companies' (talking about magnesium citrate always) but what I mentioned earlier is a significant disadvantage and for this reason I will not continue even the rest of the package and will go to another company.
