Pure disappointment.. yesterday, without any wear, impact, or anything else, the base of the cup "popped off" and I can't reattach it. I don't understand what happened and I am very dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I haven't kept the order details to complain to the store where I purchased it. Generally, the lids get stained by coffee and do not clean satisfactorily with an unsightly result, nor are they fully airtight, so there are leaks.
