We always take calcium and D3 along with K2. Otherwise, there is a risk that calcium will stick to the arteries instead of going to the bones (atherosclerosis). This supplement has everything, but I take away one star because they are very large and hard to swallow. There is a real choking hazard.
If it works, I have no opinion; the pill is huge but it slides. For young people, it's okay; for elderly people, only if it's broken or chewed.
