I used the theater as a seat. It is very warm because the fabric is synthetic-plastic and sticks to the body. As for comfort, you have to tighten the straps a lot to be able to support the back. I would prefer a cotton fabric, thicker like a cushion, at least for the bottom part so that you don't sweat.
