I have had it for several days and I have formed an opinion! First of all, I have to say that when I connected it to my PC, I encountered an issue, it didn't even recognize the device, I couldn't do it from Synapse or from the system! In the end, it had to be updated and as soon as I restarted the PC, it did it on its own! I have to say that the soundbar is beautiful and with a relatively small subwoofer but quite satisfactory, I can say. Also, I wasn't thrilled with the volume, although I expected something like that! The things that bothered me are.... 1) that it doesn't have many options to connect the soundbar (e.g. Optical) 2) it gave me a hard time to adjust it to play correctly in games and I still haven't been able to either do something with the 7.1 that it states or understand exactly what is wrong and when I play, it sounds like the sound is somewhat monotonous, quiet, and like the THX 7.1 function that it advertises is not working properly! Now, in other things like listening to music or watching a movie, it is always okay and something more than okay for me! Finally, I have to say that what I mentioned about the sound in games MAY be my own mistake and if someone sees this comment, don't count it as negative! If I can do something and fix it, I will update my comment!
1. It does not have a wireless subwoofer.
2. This 7.1 or even THX is in the company's fantasy sphere. I'm talking about the soundbar and not headsets. First of all, THX is locked and you need to enter an Activation Code that is ONLY available in 5-6 headsets and not in this particular soundbar! Even if you unlock it, don't think that much will change. Those who believe they will have surround sound will simply waste their money. At best, you will have an ok 2.1 system (even in games that support THX, e.g. Resident Evil 2 Remake).
3. Settings from Synapse and THX are lost with the next computer restart, except maybe for Chroma. In other words, if you want to play games with THX sound (see paragraph 2) you will have to change the selection from stereo to THX every time through the apps.

Wonderful soundbar! It has rich sound, powerful and enjoyable bass! It connects easily. I wish it had an aux output, but it doesn't matter. It has 2 connections: usb for PC (if connected to the pc with bluetooth, Razer Synapse does not recognize it, but it still works) and bluetooth. It does not work with Playstation 5 with bt or usb directly to the console. For pc and gaming it is flawless!
For its budget, it is incredible and has not caused me any technical issues. It functions exactly as advertised.
Well, the soundbar is very good (they have improved volume from the V1 which had a serious issue with that), they have added two speakers to give some depth to the bass (good but doesn't save the bass from criticism), the woofer is very weak (weaker than the V1), that's what bothers me somewhat, it has very low bass and treble (it's low even when you have turned the low frequencies to the maximum). Also, the synapse doesn't properly cover the operating range, there is the classic equalizer but if you don't know which frequency gives what, you can't figure it out! They could have had automatic adjustment for bass and treble separately, like in the V1 (synapse 2). Also, essential: it doesn't have a wireless woofer, if there is someone who has found a way to use it wirelessly, please inform me immediately! Overall, I am satisfied, for sure I have tried better products in another category, but the always the issue is what you compare and what you want to get! As a fun product from Razer, I wouldn't change it, but as a gamer, I might also look towards the z906 from Logitech, which are speakers with the same cubic capacity!
