  The base does not have the stability that a metal base should have. It is not bad in terms of construction quality, but in no case is the PRICE-quality ratio satisfactory for the 33 € it costs (with 15 € I had bought plastic bases in the past with greater stability). Additionally, as you can see in the photos, the protrusions "stops" of the base to hold the laptop are very short, resulting in just holding the laptop in place so that it does not move, so you cannot take advantage of the full extension of the base in height, because the laptop will slip.
