Silent, just what is needed for a bedroom to cool down. It made a noise when turning from right to left, and I found the solution by opening it; the support screw of the turning arm was loose as it needed a rubber washer. So, I put a pair of washers and filled the gaps, and now it works great...
Cheap model and you can tell from when you try to assemble it that you’re afraid you might break it. The mesh is crooked and at low speeds and when it turns at the end of the path you find the fan
It is quiet in terms of the propeller.. I don't know if anyone else experiences this, but when I have it turning, as soon as it turns right and goes to turn left, the plastic handle that you pull to stop it from turning makes a "Tak" sound.. And it does it every time it reaches that point (in an annoying way). Let me know if anyone else has experienced this! Maybe I got a defective one.
