Easy application without scissors:

• STEP 1: Place the tape on a part of the body (finger, ankle, wrist, etc.)
• STEP 2: Wrap the tape 3-4 times with moderate-tight pressure
• STEP 3: Cut the tape
• STEP 4: Press the tape for optimal application and good adhesion
  ALTERNATIVE: Unroll approximately a 20 cm (8 inches) strip of tape from the roll in advance, cut it, and then wrap.
