I received it today, so I am writing my initial impressions and will return after some use. The main criteria for selection were the size and the paper feed (also) from the front to fit the available space. Also, the good reviews on similar models from the company with unspecified differences - this is theoretically the fastest.
The construction looks quite good at least externally, it is quiet without vibrations and "clack-clack," and the small screen is illuminated. Simple text prints with some images in standard quality are good, while of course they also depend on the paper. The printing time is satisfactory - roughly the same as my old HP officejet 4500 - which was considered a "bullet" for its time (and its price). A significant convenience is the automatic double-sided printing. The device management menu is just fine, with all the necessary functions.
Regarding the initial setup, to avoid any problems, connect it first to the wifi from its screen - just select network + password. After that, things are super easy, for mobile devices you download the app, open it, and when it "sees" it, you press connect. For a desktop PC, install the software and choose a wired connection, of course; for laptops, again install and choose a connection via wifi.

Edit: Six months later, with very light use (~5-15 pages a week), the ink levels have dropped to about 20%, so first order for inks. Cost for the original XL along with a "gift" pack of photo paper 10X15cm, to help us use up the inks faster :-D about 50€ (April 2023). The XL is for 400 pages for black and 300 for color, which is double that of the standard ones in the original package, so they are worth it, but let's see their lifespan if they are not consumed within a year, which I estimate they will last me. There are also compatible XL at the cost of the simple originals, but for such low consumption, it probably doesn't make sense.
Otherwise, the printer works just fine with the following additional notes: a) after some time, it goes into sleep mode, while much later it goes into deep sleep. Before we use it again, we have to press the start button. If we forget, we just do it afterwards and the printing proceeds normally. b) In this case, the first page is delayed by about 10-15 seconds, since the printer needs to turn on, while after that it prints normally - that is, very quickly for home use. I also did some scans, quite quickly and with good quality.
Edit 2: I return after use and for photos. With the paper I mentioned earlier, although relatively thin, you get very good results, especially if you use the company's special software. Easy feeding from the back, while you can have regular paper in the normal tray at the same time. Printing 10X15 in high quality takes about 30" and it is indeed... high! Very easy and via Wi-Fi from the mobile. My compliments to Canon, I remembered how nice it is to have your images on paper.. + one star!
The printer costs 65 euros, the ink costs 45 euros, the comments are up to you. Also, it takes 4 minutes to make the first print from the moment you open it.
Very good in terms of printing and scanning. It is a bit slow, but it doesn't bother me. Convenient printing double-sided without needing to flip the page manually. It connected immediately to the wifi. The quality of the plastics, even at this price, is below acceptable standards for me.
Super easy connection with the app on the phone. I got it for home use. Perfect color printing, I will soon try the glossy paper for the photos.
After several months of having it, I still haven't managed to connect it wirelessly. I must mention that I have a lot of experience and have followed all the necessary steps many times.
I didn't think I would ever give a product 1 star, but I finally did. The worst printer ever, guys. I have Windows 11, it constantly disconnects from WiFi, all the time, and I have to reinstall it over and over again. Complicated installation process, no cable included for laptop connection. Luckily, I had one from my previous printer and it saved me because I couldn't make any progress with the WiFi. **Always following the installation steps one by one. I will try to exchange it at the store and go for a different brand.

Easy to install and use. It prints quickly and what impressed me the most is that it prints with its own automatic setting, two pages in one, without needing to make any movement. It is also quiet and has easy operating instructions. The paper is fed from its base, which I found very practical compared to other printers.
I bought it purely for home use. The installation was super easy and the connection to the device is wireless. It takes a little while at times to complete the printing (not to receive the print command, I mean to process it and finish it), but personally, it doesn't bother me. Its purchase is worth it.
Impeccable product, great ease in everything that you forget it's even in the room. Anyone who comes from HP will understand the difference!!!
