Very beautiful game, incredible battles, its graphics are very good in handheld mode, it drains the battery but not to the point where you can't enjoy it at least on the OLED. If you are familiar with such games, you won't have a problem, but even if you are new to them, there are many tutorials to teach you. It doesn't lag anywhere, nor does it have long loading times. I imagine that many problems that it had at the beginning have been solved with updates. I will wait for the next game, which will definitely be in the next generation of Nintendo. 10/10!!!
Excellent jrpg. A real epic. The graphics are good for the Nintendo Switch. Music from another planet. The story is captivating with many twists. Awesome gameplay. I finished it in 92 hours (main and as much as I could from the sides). 10/10 from me
They took the positives of the first game and magnified them. The writing is exceptional. Additionally, they avoided all the mistakes of the second game. (anime-style storytelling with stereotypes). It perfectly concludes a historic series, possibly the top JRPG
Mediocre things. A classic Japanese culture story that treats you like an elementary school kid, with excessive chatter and repetitive scenes where the cast fights an important boss and just when things get tough, their hidden power awakens while high school rock plays in the background. Also, I'm not a fan of having 7 party members and the chaotic screen that already limits my vision, combined with the terrible UI.
The battle system is equally mediocre. It has many systems, but the question is whether it's worth getting into. The sound is unacceptable, the chain attacks are time-consuming, and screen freezes are almost everywhere. Freezing with every reaction (break-topple-launch-smash), freezing every time the aggro changes, freezing with every Art cancel. The fact that the game barely runs at 30fps doesn't help either.
I'll give it 3 stars because at least, unlike the childish Xenoblade 2, this one is less painful in terms of story and characters. It might be worth it for 35 euros, but not for full price. Xenoblade 3 won't offer you anything better (or different) than the average JRPG that is released today.
The graphics are decent due to the old hardware of the switch. The story is one of the best out there. The battle system is high-level tactics. Now, why did I give it 3 stars? Because it's incredibly complex. You follow it up to a point, then you lose it. Chaotic map. The battle with arts, classes, gems, combos, items, character switching, is incredibly complicated to the point where you get lost. If you add the ouroboros greetings as well. It requires incredible patience, a lot of character building within the game, and constant dedication in order to learn and enjoy it. If you have the time and patience, then yes, it's worth it. If not, then leave it because you will get frustrated.
