Same observation for me, regarding the defective gear that other users mention; in fact, the product had been used very little. Esteemed Kenwood, you have also become a company of the series...
As the above users of the product said, this specific product does not represent the quality of Kenwood! It broke down twice within a period of 6 months, the internal gear...I replaced it both times at a cost of 8-9€ each...but there is no permanent solution to the problem
Unacceptable!!! The first one broke luckily within the warranty period and the second one they sent me also broke in the same way. Its motor is faulty and when you apply pressure to turn it, it starts to stall!! Now I threw away the second one as well and I will not buy it again. I love Kenwood but this product is garbage!!!
In one year + 2 days (!) the small internal gear teeth broke. (I opened it and found out that they were made of low-quality plastic...) And with not very frequent use. It's a shame for Kenwood to make such products!
Useless. After a few uses, the gears broke.
