Just received this today and I love it.
Negative:
-small container (needs to be refilled at least once per room)
-the handle can easily break and does not tolerate rough handling
-This is only for floor cleaning (no equipment for window cleaning, etc.).

+2 pads included. You can buy additional pads cheaply from any store. I even use the thin ones for swiffer, which works fine.

Do not use anything else in the water tank except water! (distilled water is recommended)
