    Hard as a plastic extension of the trunk made the co-driver complain more, I removed them and got an old one from beverly case and the initial thought stopped the whining.     While I had given it 5 stars, I will reconsider. Too hard for a pillow, not worth it. When we hear pillow our mind goes to something soft and this particular one is not only soft. It is indeed of good quality but apart from its beautiful appearance, it does not offer anything remarkable. The passenger complains that it bothers her more than it makes her feel comfortable.
