It is exactly what the label says.
Delicious apple puree, tasty with moderate sweetness and slightly sour (just enough).
I would prefer the consistency to be thicker.
It is ideal for baby food, a light diet for a patient,
and even as a dessert with yogurt, cinnamon, honey, etc.
I also used it in making a fasting sweet bread.
