The USB network adapter from TP-LINK connects to a USB-C port on your computer or laptop and converts it into an ethernet port, with speeds of up to 1000Mbps. It is useful for computers that do not have an ethernet port, providing the convenience of wired internet access.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
I bought this adapter to share internet from my mobile phone through the type C port to my computer's ethernet port. However, I was disappointed because this particular product seems to be incompatible with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I tested it on some older models of Samsung, such as A52, A54, A12, and it worked fine. I also tested the port on my phone to see if there was a problem with the phone, but the port works perfectly, it just doesn't recognize the tp-link ue300c v2. After searching on Google, I saw that others are facing a similar issue. It's a shame
I use it to provide internet access from my Android mobile to my laptop and desktop with Windows 10.
It works perfectly without any crashes.
It occasionally has some extremely rare disconnections, but nothing annoying or worrisome that can't be fixed with a plug and unplug.
It does what it says in terms of PC control, downloading at maximum speed! However, on Android mobile devices, the downloading only reaches up to 200 MB, always with UTP 6. (On 5G WiFi, I can reach the maximum speed near the router) Overall, it is satisfactory for Android devices!
It actually works great with a 1Gbps connection on Mac OS.
It does not support full duplex, only half duplex. Minus one star because it is not stated in its features, nor in TP-Link's datasheet. Other than that, it works fine.
