Coming from a "competitor" coffee machine, this particular machine was a big upgrade for me.
First of all, I want to say that I was looking for a machine that makes good frothy milk combined with high-quality coffee and mainly has a wide variety of capsules available in the market, which have a good quality-price ratio, and here I should add that they are often on sale at supermarkets. This was something I had missed with my previous machine.
After using it for several months, I can confidently say that it makes quite quality coffee, with rich and full frothy milk. This naturally also depends on the milk you use. Personally, I use whole milk because, as is known, light milk gives you a lighter frothy milk.
One TIP I want to give to those who mention that the frothing attachment requires washing after each use is to store it in a bag and then put it in the fridge immediately after use. This way, I wash it 1-2 times a week and can reuse it as many times as I want.
Finally, regarding the device, what I consider to be its only downside is the quality of its plastics, which easily get fingerprints, stains, and scratches that are relatively difficult to remove. For a device costing €200, you expect something more. Other than that, I highly recommend it, especially to anyone who wants to enjoy their cappuccino with the milk of their choice and using quality and affordable capsules that can easily be found at their local supermarket or generally in the market.
Awesome coffee maker!! It does its job exceptionally well. The froth comes out perfectly and overall it is a great value for money machine.
I bought it at the end of September from a large store, and so far I have no complaints about my choice, very good coffee, which was the main requirement. As I read above, I believe that most people think we bought a machine with capsules and not a machine that costs 800 to 1000 plus euros. As for the froth milk, I really laugh as all machines in this price range produce it; if you want perfect froth milk, you should get a frother or one that comes with a gift. Secondly, regarding the water that they say runs below, if you lift the lid where the capsule goes, the water will stop running, thank you very much. Overall, I am completely satisfied and I highly recommend it.
Those who write that it doesn't make good froth milk are simply delulu, with whatever milk I have used it makes excellent froth milk and as one would expect from a household coffee machine with texture and body. It has several functions that one needs to play with to see the different variations both in coffee and in froth milk (e.g. different quantities for latte and cappuccino, etc.). So let's not write whatever we want just because with 250 euros we think we bought a professional machine worth 2500.
I have the coffee machine for two months for sure. Before I bought it, I saw many of the comments below saying about the bad frother, but despite that, I decided to take the risk.
As for the frother, I don't know what milk you actually used, but with a Nounou family, I am personally very satisfied.

I don't give it 5 stars just because the part that makes the froth needs constant cleaning after use.
Good coffee in general with various operating options, depending on each person's taste and conditions (water hardness, amount of water for each coffee function, etc.). BUT the machine itself has flaws. The lid of the water container is like a toy, so whenever you try to remove it, it requires force and ends up falling into the water!! It ALWAYS leaks water or coffee from the spout for a long time or as soon as you activate the machine, and the disc is always dirty. Only the grid comes out where the water leaks, not the entire base, as it is integrated, so it can only be cleaned with a cloth. And most importantly, someone who buys this machine buys it for the option to make froth. UNACCEPTABLE. As someone mentioned below (I wish I had seen it before buying it), this is not froth, it's milk with bubbles!! So it mixes with the coffee whether you want it or not, and you end up drinking coffee with milk. It also splatters the area wherever you place it. So it's really a shame for a coffee machine that costs 250 euros from Nespresso, which I generally appreciate.. I would not buy it again.
Quite a good coffee machine although I don't have much experience in this area.. very sturdy and beautiful construction, heats up water quickly and the quality of the coffee at 19 bars is very good..
The downside is the milk frother which could be a little better and the fact that it drips a little after making the coffee, as another user mentioned..
Overall, for the money, it's a quite satisfactory device that someone should buy.

The quality and taste of the coffee depend more on the brand of the capsule you will use. The machine does its job well, quickly and very easily. Disadvantages: It always gets dirty because it drips after the end of preparation. The main disadvantage, however, is that it does not make good frothy milk, no matter what kind of milk I have used. Watery and not creamy at all as one would expect. It's a shame because otherwise it is a very good construction, with many possibilities for adjusting the water hardness and the quantity of coffee.
The coffee is decent, just like in all Nespresso machines. The froth texture is average, but definitely easier than having a second device. It also has adjustment options for the quantity you want it to produce automatically.
