After 2 years of use, the machine stopped working. Fortunately, it comes with a 3-year warranty. After contacting the dealership, I sent it to the central service center with a courier and in 3 working days a replacement with a new hot air gun arrived at my house. Now, how long this one will last remains to be seen, but overall as a machine it does its job satisfactorily. I will give it 5 stars for the very good and fast aftersales service.

The thermostat broke within a few months. I didn't bother with the service because I lost the receipt. Very fake for its price.
