It does an amazing job, clearly more dangerous than the regular weed eater but it gets the job done in no time and the only reason to stop is if you run out of fuel

the chain is a bit heavy for my weed whacker.. (25cc) (the engine does not accelerate it fast enough.) Also the rotating inertia makes it cumbersome to operate, ANither thing is that it makes me nervous when it hits some stones etc which you might hit.. I decided not to use any more. I found the ones with thick wire in cross configuration are better for my use.. Also lack of instructions is annoying. (remove the hex nuts to reveal the mounting nut etc).

It does not have the connection thread with the trimmer line... so I used the chain as a replacement in the old one

Very good, on grass and thick twigs upto 2cm diameter. I would give it 5 stars but only after 9 hours of use, one of the chains snapped. I can't find replacement chains. it is still usable just vibration is uncomfortable after 30 minutes.
