Gaming keyboard by Ducky with illuminated keys in US English. It is mechanical, making it ideal for gamers as well as for those who desire fast typing. It has quick response and accuracy, as its switches activate at half press, saving movements when typing. Compared to membrane keyboards, they last longer over time, but have the disadvantage of noise, which is often annoying for those around. It features Cherry MX Brown switches, are relatively quiet and more ergonomic than other types of switches. A middle ground that combines the speed of the blue switch for more efficient typing and the precision of the red switch. Considered suitable for typing and for gaming, except perhaps FPS games. It is tenkeyless, meaning it does not have numeric keys on its right side.

    This review is about the switches: Cherry MX Silent Red

    I have to say exactly the same as user Chris D.
    I also experienced a responsiveness issue, and although it was an easy process, finding the right firmware file was not easy.
    Highly recommended due to the typing feel with Cherry MX Silent Red switches. It is easily cleaned by removing the keys.
    It includes some extra keycaps for customization.
    It does not have any backlighting on the keys (which may bother some people). Also, the Caps lock lights are blinding - I have it positioned in a way that doesn't bother me though.
    I have been using it daily for work and gaming since May until today.

    The keyboard is pleasant, especially its appearance/size BUT I had to update its firmware to solve a significant responsiveness issue with the keys (sometimes the keys wouldn't respond at all even when pressed normally).

    The process of updating through the official website was not clear and I had to do some searching to find the correct file for this specific model.

    Overall, I can say it's perfect, worth 4/5. I have been using it for over 2 months now, daily, for both gaming and work.
