Someone else had written about it, but I decided to try it myself. It's probably the combination of melatonin and valerian that is to blame.   However, since I started taking the first Sedar pill, I stopped having sleepless nights. My sleep has improved significantly.

  You should know that you should take one capsule per day, not more.
